The Conin is the elven term for the ruling Council of the Cothellon, which operates directly beneath the supreme leader, or Cundu. The Conin is further divided into a Small Council and a Large Council to distribute tasks as needed, though the Cundu ultimately retains the final say over all of their decisions.
