The Council is the primary governing body of the elven village of Sylrantheas, consisting of eight Mentors elected every four years who put "all village actions to a vote". Led by a Council Leader who serves as a tiebreaker, they operate out of the Town Hall to manage the village's laws, defenses, and daily affairs.
