Strengthshaping is a lightprime magic tied to the Way of the Governor, fueled primarily by light oak. It immensely enhances the mage's physical capabilities, hardening their skin to be as resilient as rock, bulging their muscles with superhuman strength, and drastically sharpening their senses of sight, hearing, and smell. The magic can also be used to amplify the user's voice so it echoes like thunder across great distances.
Notable strengthshapers include the Eldrim Council Leader Silanar, the Mentor Bellas, and the ancient Prime Mage Usunaar. The villainous Selenia (Cariel/Magona) also claims strengthshaping as her original Alignment. Both Arra and Quynn frequently utilize this magic in close-quarters combat to shrug off lethal blows and deliver devastating physical strikes, as does the rylak Prime Mage Talon.
