The Eglaria is an ancient order of shadowpriests and mages founded in Thylmanas by Aten to study the Fourteen Gifts of the Soul. Although originally deeply religious worshippers of the Twins, over a hundred thousand years they evolved into a shadow sect and government body that serves as the strict "keepers of peace" and the law in the desert city of Nekhrumet.
