The Hasterien Building is an academic structure located on the bustling campus of Ilyrion University. It is briefly featured in a flashback to twenty thousand years ago, during Tarathiel and Alleria's original life on Valaralda.
Alleria rushes through the campus, bursting "through a set of doors and down the main hall of the Hasterien Building". The building houses her Political History class, and it is in this location that the young student Alleria first officially meets her future husband, Tarathiel, after he approaches her to ask to copy her fascinating class notes.
