The Believers—also known as the "Devout"—are an extremely pious religious faction on Valaralda who devote their lives to worshipping the Twins. While historically known to be "extremely pacifist" and "slavish in their loyalty," they grow increasingly violent over time in their restless protests demanding the full deregulation of magic.
